Rules

 

1. Eligible schools and school groups may participate in the School Spirit Program and submit UPCs for redemption. Eligibility is limited to accredited schools in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio and officially sanctioned school groups associated with eligible schools in these states. Examples of eligible schools and groups are elementary schools, middle schools, home and school associations, and high schools.

2. Only UPCs from the eligible School Spirit products are redeemable in the School Spirit Program. No substitutions will be permitted.

3. Aunt Millie's will pay 5 cents for each qualifying UPC submitted.

4. By submitting UPCs, schools and groups accept and agree to be bound by these rules and consent to the use of their names and/or photographs for advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Proof of eligibility and compliance with these rules may be required. Participants may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release.

5. UPCs may be sent in any time during the year. No facsimiles, mechanically reproduced or seriously damaged, contaminated or filthy submissions will be accepted. All redemption materials, forms, etc. become the property of Aunt Millie's and will not be returned. Aunt Millie's is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, seriously damaged or misdirected mail, submissions, deliveries or correspondence.

6. All decisions of Aunt Millie's or its designee respecting eligibility and compliance with these rules shall be at their sole discretion and final.

7. Aunt Millie's, its officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for any claims, injuries, losses or damages resulting from the School Spirit Program

8. Payment of taxes, if any, on the money received is the responsibility of the recipient. The recipient is also responsible for all expenses incurred by it in connection with the program.

9. All moneys received must be used in the furtherance of the educational and other approved activities of the eligible school.

10. This offer is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

11. Please allow approximately 60 days from the date that your submission is mailed for delivery of your check.
